Food, by its nature, is ephemeral: as soon as it’s enjoyed, it’s gone. Great food styling can take a product or a recipe and make all those flavours live on.
Similarly, a well-written recipe can enable someone to recreate a flavour from their past or even discover a dish they’ve never tasted before. As a writer, I love to find the best combination of words to guide a person in their own kitchen. I’ve written recipes for commercial clients, book publishers and magazines, both as myself and as a ghost writer.
